This visit was great , the doctor was informative and quick. I didn’t Have to wait on him for a while like i have with previous providers at this office. I do feel they can be pushy when providing the cost of treatment such as asking me “ what is keeping me from doing the work today” after they quoted me $1400 after insurance coverage.

After experiencing pain and discomfort from some recent dental work, I went in on a Saturday without an appointment, hoping to be seen for an emergency. Since there was no staff available on the side I needed that day, Andrea and another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot went above and beyond to help me find care. They even coordinated with my dentist so I could be seen first thing Monday morning. I was overwhelmed and distressed at the time, but they took the time to listen, support me, and make me feel heard. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and compassion. I also want to thank the orthodontist who provided an adjustment to help relieve my discomfort, which made it much easier to get through the weekend. Thank you all for taking the time to help me when I needed it most. Your kindness truly meant so much to me!
